About OutreachTV
OutreachTV was founded with a mission to provide inmates with inspirational and educational content delivered directly to their cells. We aim to encourage and uplift men and women who are seeking growth in their lives, offering messages of hope, transformation, and faith.
Our programming is designed to inspire personal development, spiritual growth, and a renewed sense of purpose, helping individuals navigate their journeys toward a better future.
To support this mission, we’ve developed a secure media delivery system that brings OutreachTV’s content directly into correctional facilities. Our custom-built module integrates with existing television systems and is updated remotely through an internet connection. While the system uses the internet for updates, inmates never have internet access or control over it, ensuring complete security and compliance with institutional protocols.
This platform allows us to continuously deliver high-quality, pre-approved content, including sermons, educational programming, original music, and messages of encouragement.
We are also developing new tools that will allow prison administrators and wardens to communicate directly with inmates through their televisions. These features will support the broadcasting of facility-wide announcements and emergency updates, along with administrative controls to approve and manage the content shown.
By combining secure technology with a heart for ministry, OutreachTV is helping reshape the way prisons deliver connection, communication, and positive transformation to those behind the walls.

Jordan Davis – Co-Founder
Jordan Davis specializes in custom network infrastructure and emerging technologies. While incarcerated, he was mentored by Carl Carlson and Ken Leary of Men of Valor, who played a pivotal role in shaping his early growth. Upon his release, Jordan began an internship with a local real estate investor, where he learned to repair and renovate properties from the ground up.
With a strong work ethic and a mindset rooted in continuous growth, Jordan went on to restore some of Nashville’s most prestigious private residences. Guided by the motto, “Never stop learning and growing,” he later shifted his focus to technology and public service.
Jordan is a proud member of the Tennessee Return Citizens Committee, a group of formerly incarcerated individuals who provide first-hand insights into the reentry process. The committee works closely with the Tennessee Community Resource Board to offer policy recommendations and foster stronger relationships between returning citizens and their communities.
As part of their inititive, Jordan and others ont the Return Citizens also speak to men and women preparing for release across the state. They share practical tools, hard-won wisdom, and personal stories to help others navigate the real-world challenges of reentry and self-reinvention.
Today, Jordan lives in Gallatin, Tennessee, with his beautiful wife and children. He channels his passions into serving those affected by incarceration, using his expertise in technology and public speaking to create solutions, share encouragement, and inspire transformation both behind bars and beyond.
