The Outreach Television Network was established specifically for men and women in prisons around the country. Our goal is to connect community volunteers and ministries that provide positive content to help men and women who are currently incarcerated. The Network’s designed to provide educational, inspirational and entertaining content that will help individuals grow and become more productive members of our society upon their release from prison.

We can achieve this through the cooperation of local and state governments who desire real change within our communities.
